These terms govern the use of the SnapBin website and app. They reflect the current product behavior and may be updated if the service changes.
1. Scope
These terms apply to the SnapBin website and the SnapBin app provided by Devin Neugebauer (Devinoir).
If SnapBin is distributed through a third-party app platform, that platform's own store terms may also apply to the download and billing relationship.
2. App use
SnapBin is provided as a photo cleanup utility. Users remain responsible for reviewing their deletion choices and for backing up important photos when appropriate.
Deletion is safe by default, immediate deletion is optional, and a review bin is available before final deletion. Users should still exercise care before removing media from their devices.
3. Availability and changes
SnapBin may be updated, improved, limited, or discontinued at any time to maintain the product or adapt it to technical or legal requirements.
Availability may depend on device compatibility, operating system support, and third-party platform availability.
4. Liability
SnapBin is provided with reasonable care, but users remain responsible for how they use the app, including decisions to delete photos from their own devices.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Devinoir is not liable for indirect damages, data loss caused by user actions, or issues caused by unsupported devices, operating systems, or third-party services.
